Guided the implementation with E2E processes of Record to Report (RTR), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Project Sales (PS), Hire to Retire (HTR) and Travel & Expenses with Concur. The main tasks consisted of:

·    Organizing, creating and follow up of the project plan and team plan

·    Integration of technical solution

·    Testing & Training strategy – Tool Identification

·    Organize and execute the steercos at CxO level/ Budget follow up

·    Deployment and cutover Plan

·    Coordination local and central teams

·    Organization of Post Go Live
